About Us

Started with a Big Feeling (and a One-Way Ticket)

In 2023, a Latin American psychologist and immigrant set out to build something that felt like home for herself and for others navigating change.

Ancient Wisdom, Modern Lives

Aluna is inspired by an Indigenous Latin American concept: the invisible intelligence behind all things, thought, spirit, becoming. It's about seeing clearly, even when life feels anything but. A space to find yourself, in the mess and the magic.

From Boardrooms to Breakthroughs

Before becoming a therapist, Gabriela spent 15+ years in global companies like Kellogg, Beiersdorf, and Bombardier. Her thing? People. Always. From building Young Professionals in LATAM to launching SisterhoodisPower across 44+ countries, she’s been championing growth, meaning, and belonging long before founding Aluna.

Doing the Work, With Community

Since moving to Hamburg, Gabriela’s been creating real change, especially with Hamburg–Mexico e.V., where she’s spent the past two years leading workshops for migrant women navigating identity, healing, and everything in between.

What We Actually Do

We’re not just about talking (though we do a lot of that too). Aluna offers:

  • One-on-one therapy for when it’s personal

  • Group sessions for shared growth and stories

  • Support for organizations who want to care for their people in real ways

  • Digital support so distance, time zones, or chaos don’t get in the way

Why We’re Here

Because getting to know yourself is the real power move.
Aluna is a space to slow down, look inward, and reconnect with yourself, and then with the world around you.

Our Location

Located in Hamburg, Aluna offers a welcoming space for international individuals seeking personal transformation and clarity amidst transitions.
